Guys this is real good indeed. For some reason the vocals sound a bit buried in the first few seconds, but then they seem to cut through better.Love the construction and arrengement as a whole. The vocal harmonies are awesome, and the vibe is real good! This is one hell of a song. The production is real good!

Well, That was a treat worth waiting for. I thought I'd give it a few listens before rushing straight in with the comment.
You've worked well together on this.
I like the lyrics though I'm left with a sad feeling. Reality kicks ass
The guitar compliments your vocal well or vice versa Nice pads too
Great work Jon and Pete

"It's all around
The heartbreak
I feel abandoned
The stars took them away
I'm fading
To nothing
The shadow will take me
Far away"
From the person who looks at lyrics first... see what you did?
A different sound for you, Jon, and I agree with the above, the vocals are a little buried at the beginning, but then they get stronger and clearer.. and by the end, they show all the confidence and pathos of... the one and only Mimic of the Mind...
PS... Pete did a good job, too!

Nice, perfect guitar tone, great use of doubled vocals with a psychedelic feel, cool synth tones, mystical cryptic lyrics that keep the listener interested.
Not your typical verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, verse, chorus arrangement it just flows in it's own direction and how!
What's not to love !! :groovin':

a top notch production.. great vocals, great guitar tone, great synths. everything comes together and creates this gloomy atmosphere. doubled vocals are used well, too. the only negative aspect is that my perspective of life became negative after this song.. ( well done, guys.

Wow, this is really really really cool. Reminds me alot of some of those progressive rock bands of the '70's like Rush, or maybe King Crimson. I can't think of who to compare this to exactly, but it has that 'album rock' feel. The electric guitar really sends this tune into an outer orbit. Moam's vocals really sounds fantastic over this. I was kinda hoping for some drums to kick in and knock this 'out of the park'. The composition itself is wonderfully dreamy and arranged beautifully.
Excellent work guys.

Very cool collaboration guys. I was expecting to have my face blown off with pure rock based on the involved parties, but this shows both of you guys in a mellower light than a lot of your individual material. I really enjoyed listening in.

I like collabs. They usually give a depth that a single artist doesn't reflect when working alone...
Moam , been listening to your voice since i started hanging around at d-music.Heard the potential back then ,and from a listeners point of view , you're vox is still demanding attention but in a more direct way...
Pete's guitar ads a texture that is unmistakeable as well .There i've done it ,started critiquing the song...Actually i'd rather listen than comment...after all that is what really counts , if someone listens...hey i enjoy it..
